Hey everyone. Hoping I could get some help with my computer here.
It started lagging about a week or so ago, & I'm puzzled as to why.
At first I thought it was strictly the Internet, but everything is kind of slow, including start-up.
I'm attaching a HiJackThis thingy.
Uhmmm...
On Windows Vista, 32-bit.
Did a scan with Norton but I'm not sure if that helps any, haha. It didn't find anything.
So yeah! Some suggestions on how to speed it up would be greatly appreciated.

Here are some things you can do or look for, if you have not already thought of them:

Also, think back to just before you noticed the problem; did you install any application or update one just before?
Cheers,
John

Okay thanks! The only thing I didn't do was try defraggin'...so I'll do that & post whether that works or not.
Totally slipped my mind. [':
Be back eventually.
I want to chalk it up to a Windows update, actually...
Because my Quick Play buttons are really acting up lately, too.
