Hi,

Your system is severly infected. Problem with these infections nowadays is, it causes a lot of damage. Even if we clean the malware off your system, I can't guarantee that your system will be clean afterwards, because these infections/bundles leave a lot of leftovers behind that most scanners won't even recognise and logs won't show.
Also, I can't promise you we can repair all the damage it caused... Even after cleaning the malware, you can still get errors afterwards because of the damage. Solving these is not always possible since it will be searching for a needle in a haystack to find the right cause and solution.
So, we can try to clean this up and do what we can, but keep in mind that we can't solve ALL problems this malware already caused.

In light of this it would be wise for you to back up any files and folders that you don't want to lose before we start. Reason I am telling this is because when a system is so terribly infected and we try to clean this up manually, the damage that is already present may interfere with our removal attempts.

* Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here or Here

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.
  • Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  • If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  • In case you already used MBAM previously, please update it before proceeding with the scan. To do this, click the "Update" tab and click the "Check For updates" button.
  • Once the program has loaded and updates were downloaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
  • The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  • Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  • When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart.(See Extra Note)
  • The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
  • Copy&Paste the entire report in your next reply along with a fresh HijackThis log.
Extra Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts, click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process,if asked to restart the computer, please do so immediatly.

In case you can't run it, rename mbam.exe and try again.

Hi There,

Oh man, I can't do anything with the PC now, since I sent my Hijackthis report, I am unable to open anything, everything opens for like half a second and then shuts down. I can't even do things like run Avira or play Spider Solitaire.

Please can you give me instructions what to do?

Thanks,
Kaajal

Hi,

Well, that doesn't suprise me at all though. As I already said, your pc is severly infected and it looks like it's already too late here.
You can still try if you can do anything from Windows safe mode. But, to be honest, if you're having so many problems at the moment, the fastest and especially the safest solution would be a format and reinstall.

Hi,
I actually can't open it in Windows Safe Mode, I get the option when I rebootby the f8 key, but my keyboard doesn't let me select the option.

Do you know what normally causes this? Also, will formatting my HDD and reinstalling windows get rid of the problem?

Thanks for ur help so far..

Yes I know what causes this... the severly infected computer. And yes, I guess the ONLY proper way to deal with everything is a format and reinstall.
You've just waited too long with this - so it's a game over situation anyway.
