Welcome to Bleeping Computer.

To answer your question, I would visit our AntiVirus, Firewall and Privacy Products and Protection Methods forum

Please take the time, to browse the New User Orientation forum, to help familiarize yourself with how the board works.

Also, don't forget to check out the Tutorials.
There's a lot of very useful information, in there.

Hi There ,

I had same problems as you and it was driving me NUTS over last 4 or 5 days. Someone finally directed me to BleepingComputer.com where I was able to download and run ComboFix. This solved all my problems with one run of the program. i.e. Blue Screen of Death and the Google redirect virus (which I think you are referring to).

Please get someone (an expert) to guide you through this, but take it from me, IT WORKS !!
