Hello, Just the other day I have had some trouble with my computer, I've been trying to figure it out myself checking here on the forum for similar problems others are having, but it seems that my problems go a step further. I have ran some anti virus programs and other malware scans and picked up a couple things and deleted them. Being the RichVideoCodec as one, I don't know what else. But my problem is I run these programs to remove them and try to restart and I can't, it says my disk needs to be repaired so I let it run through tests and all seems good until it trys to do it again and again, I have to try to log on like 6-7 times before I can even log on, that includes trying to log into safe mode as well. When I do finally get on I keep getting errors like "Host Process services stopped working" and other errors that just seem to shut down while I am able to access my desktop, some bsod errors I have been getting are IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, MEMORY_MANAGEMENT, and like I said I can't repair, it acts like it does but it doesn't and I can't download updates and it seems like Windows Defender keeps turning off. After removing the RichVideoCodec trojan, nothing gets detected anymore from spyware scans but it seems like everytime my computer boots there is something that floods the memory to start crashing all these programs/drivers and then I can be online for a little bit before I get the bsod. Any help is appreciated, greatly appreciated. Here is my DDS log:

Thanks and again sorry for the delay.

We need to see some information about what is happening in your machine. Please perform the following scan:
  • Download DDS by sUBs from one of the following links. Save it to your desktop.
  • Double click on the DDS icon, allow it to run.
  • A small box will open, with an explaination about the tool. No input is needed, the scan is running.
  • Notepad will open with the results.
  • Follow the instructions that pop up for posting the results.
  • Close the program window, and delete the program from your desktop.
Please note: You may have to disable any script protection running if the scan fails to run. After downloading the tool, disconnect from the internet and disable all antivirus protection. Run the scan, enable your A/V and reconnect to the internet.
