What Operating System are you using (XP Home, XP Pro, ...)?
What Video Card are you using?

It could be a corrupt file, or download.
Have you tried to uninstall, then reinstall the drivers?
Have you tried to re-download and then install again?
Have you tried to roll back the drivers to a previously installed driver?

Right click My Computer.
Select Properties.
Click the Hardware tab.
Click the Device Manager button.
Expand Display Adapters.
Right click the graphics card.
Select Properties.
Click the Driver tab.
Click the Roll Back Driver button.
