I was not able to run safemode or safemode with networking so i tried msconfig and changed boot.in in safeboot and restarted my computer but it fails it came back to the same page and restarts, so i tried to repair xp using the cd.. it copied files and gave a message it will restart and complete the setup but it shows a msg windows xpsetup cannot run under safemode.

Now what is the solution . it just restarts and give this msg and again does the same.
