Let's try for a little more information. What infection do you think you have and why do you think you have it? What security program are you running telling you that you're infected? What version of Windows are you running?

I don't think that there are very many programs that you'll be suggested to use at this forum will cost you anything. Almost, if not all, of the software recommended is freeware.

Here's what you need to do:
Please download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and save it to your desktop from here.

Double-click on mbam-setup.exe to install the application. When the installation begins, follow the prompts and do not make any changes to default settings. When the installation has finished, leave both of these checked:
Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
Click the Finish button.

MBAM should start and you will be asked to update the program before performing a scan.

From the scanner tab, select a QUICK SCAN and click the Scan button.

After the scan finishes, click on the Show Results button to see a list of any malware that was found. Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected. When removal is completed, a log report will open in Notepad. This log is automatically saved and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab on the MBAM main screen.

MBAM may tell you to reboot your computer to complete the process. If so, then reboot and post the contents of the log afterwards.

DO NOT POST ANY REPLIES IN THIS TOPIC BECAUSE YOU'VE POSTED IT IN THE WRONG FORUM.
Open a new topic in the Am I Infected Forum with a topic title of what you're infected with. You will need to open the log that MBAM created by going to the Logs tab and double clicking it. Copy and paste that log in the newly opened topic. Someone will be able to help you better in that forum.
