I reformatted my computer and now when I got to send MP3's to my son's MP3 player the stupid thing freezes  I never had this trouble before.
We have two MP3 player's which that should n't make a differance, as I did it before I reformatted.
Can someone give me a little guidance as what I can do.
Also can I unistall Windows ME without loosing any of what I have on my computer? or would I have to start from scratch again?

Hello Babygirl7203 and welcome to BC.

Go to Control Panel and double click the System Icon. Do you see any yellow exclamation marks or any yellow question marks? If so, what are they?

Not really. It can be done in Dos but I'm not sure if ME supports that. You would no doubt have to reinstall your programs anyway.

Did you get any software with the MP3 players on a CD? If so you need to reinstall that. What brand are these?
