A couple things I'm looking to do:

Overclock my processors
Get some cooling devices
Upgrade Graphics and Video card
*Maybe* Upgrade RAM
*Maybe* upgrade power supply if I need to

Because I am not at my computer right now, I cannot give my system stats.
If anyone can seriously help me step by step (I'm more of a software person rather then hardware) it would really be appreciated

Overclocking can overheat proccessors, but how much heat can it take before my components are destroyed?

Post what is in your system now so we can make better suggestions.
The most important things are the motherboard model & the power supply.

Those 2 things are the "foundation" a computer is built on !
OCZ StealthXstream 700W,Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3R , E8500, Arctic Freezer Pro 7, 3GB G.Skill PC8500,Gigabyte Radeon HD 4850 OC [1GB ], Seagate 250GB SATA II X2 in RAID 0, Samsung SATA DVD burner.

Ok, I'm at my main computer and here is the whole hardware config.

Motherboard- ECS Nettle3 2.2

Power Supply- (That thumb screw was hell to get off)
Delta Electronics dps-300ab-19

Looking back on it, I probably should have turned my comp off.

Other info:

CPU- AMD Phenom x4 9150e at 1.8 GHz (I could have sworn the HP guy told me they were 2.33 GHz)
RAM- 4 1GB Sticks of DDR2
Graphics- NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430

Other info can be provided at request. All info compiled from SIW (System Information for Windows) and there is a ton of stuff it tells you.
