I am using Windows XP and I would rather get rid of it and go back to Windows 98.
I am looking for a great firewall.

At this time I do not have an anti- virus but do have a fire-wall and lot's of camping out with daily CW Shredder, Spy-Bot and Ad- Aware. that is I run routinely.

Lava Soft out of Sweden is wonderful but my definitions are outdated so who kn ow what can sneak in?

Any suggestions? Ruby

I am not sure whether you do or do not have a firewall, or do or do not have an AV.
Here, however, are two very good, free applications I have used for several years:
AVG Personal Antivirus
Sygate Personal Firewall.
