TR/Crypt.XPACK.Gen Removal Help

HI there! Thank you in advance for the help!!


I have disinfected the computer from almost all of the Trojan's and malware using "Malwarebytes" and "Avira" scanners. The last one left seem to be the most difficult. TR/Crypt.XPACK.Gen keeps popping up in avria everytime I restart the computer, and when I do another scan with Malwarebytes, "AGProtect" reg key keeps popping up too.

Unsure if this is unrelated, but avria found a hidden file in Windows Temp called "BN8.tmp".

Now there is one small snag, I am unable to completely remove Norton off my system because I have misplaced my INstall CD and Norton is asking for the CD to finish the uninstallation. There were virues in the quarentine, that Norton said it removed (deleted).

Sry for the double post.....I have fixed the problem with combofix. Avari no longer has the pop-up. You may close the thread.
