windows messenger keeps signing out

my messenger keeps signing itself out every 2-3 minutes . i have checked the messenger status and all is ok , plus i have done every single thing it has told me to do in windows live help , like run as administrator, check firewall, clear socks etc etc etc , this has been happening for about 6 months now , i have called msn support and they are just thick and didnt even know what i was going on about and told me to pay them some money for them to sort it out,, its also nothing to do with my connection

please help its driving me up the wall

I was also suffering from the same problem some days before so one of my friends told me that your live messenger must be infected from virus so as soon as i installed an antivirus in my system my live messenger stopped signing out.Therefore i will suggest you that you should install a good antivirus in your system...Posted Image

thanks for answering but i have already got a very gd antivirus , good spyware and malware programs and i have already scan the whole of my com and i have scanned messenger and done a hijackthis log and i dont have nothing wrong with my computer its something to do with messenger 9's server
