Hi Guys,

I have configured outlook 2003 on windows 2003 server. since today morning while send/receive happening, it is asking for password, and I already saved password in outlook settings.

Please help me to solve this issue.

Verify that the account is not locked out nor expired (log off and on). Outlook's logon is integrated to Windows logon, so you shouldn't receive the prompt when logged in with a domain account.

If you're still having trouble, try saving the password with the full logon name. EX: MYDOMAIN.LOCAL\user1.
