Windows auto updated installed IE8

Windows auto update installed IE8 on Vista Home. Removed it but now getting all kinds of errors. Able to repair some but need help with these last two.

"INIT ERROR"-Resource file missing"[/b]

C/win/Sys32/MSRATING.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or has error.
