Hi! My name is Matthew and I am expanding my career in computer and systems support to include one-on-one contacts with computer users. I've been providing technology support for over 15 years and I currently run my own business in Santa Cruz, CA.
I primarily work in the Microsoft world, although I have some limited experience with *nix of course. It's weird to be a Microsoft guy in a *nix town - Santa Cruz is SOOOO militantly open source that I feel like I have to hide out.

Anyway, I've got experience in a wide array of systems and support positions. Feel free to post or email me directly with questions or comments. I've got lots of experience with video and audio production systems, as well as streaming and other services.

 to BC! videohead.
Yea it can be difficult trying to hide out, just start working with *nix a little more everyday and soon you'll get the hang of it.

Good Luck,

Welcome to BC!

It is preferred that members be helped on the forum pages, rather than through PMs or Emails. Helping publicly enables other members to learn or to solve the same/similar problem they may have and adds to the fund of community knowledge.
