see and follow:

1. Run the Microsoft Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool

2. Download, install, update and run:SUPERAntispyware (freeware) and Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (freeware).

3
. Run this online scan (in safe mode with networking, if possible):

The subject matter is missing from the first link

You can also try this
As soon as you're logged into windows, open Task Manager
In the Applications window, end all tasks
start a new task and type explorer.exe and OK
You should now have your Desktop and be able to run the suggested scan tools

It sounds more like a hardware problem that anything else
When you turn it on, do you here a single Beep, fans spinup, any lights come on?
Do you see the black and white screen when you first turn it on?
