At sixty, I'm what some might label as a GUI Geek; one that mainly handles software related PEBKAC problems. Over the years, a large part of my work shifted to cleaning tenacious malware infections that literally crippled users' systems; which coincidentally increased the perceived value of their 'Never Before Backed Up' data.

I'd also like to become proficient in using the utilities, which have proven to be effective tools numerous times when eradicating the malware prevalent on many of my family's and friends' computers.

My first computer was the Atari 400 followed by the 'mint condition' Atari 800, which my son still finds nostalgically entertaining.

Hopefully I can become proficient via the tutorial offered.

Life and laughter,
