There are a number of good, free online virus scanners. Here are some of them:

Trend Micro Housecall
Norton Security Scan
Kaspersky Lab Online Scanner
BitDefender Online Virus Scan
Panda Activescan

Also, if you're looking for a good, free offline scanner (one that you install on your computer), check out Bleeping Computer's Freeware Replacements for Common Commercial Apps list
