I always use the program Special characters to import letters from the japanesse alphabet. Yesterday I realised that they are not anymore, and not only my japanesse symbols but All differents alphabets --chinesse, hebraic, arabic, cyrilic, well all of them.....

does anyone knows the reason?.... does anyone knows how I can recover them?

I did not installe anyprogram since then, and i did not erase no single file....

I use windows xp family, in french version.....

pleaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaase help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Are you talking about the Character Map?

If that's the case, you can go to your Control Panel, remove the Character Map from Windows and after a restart, reinstall it again. This assumes that you aren't having even worse problems.
