My parent's computer is infested with trojans and viruses. I ran AVG and it stated the computer is infected with startpage.16.M trojan, vbs/psyme virus, and the win32 Bube virus. I also get an "illegal operation" message when Windows boots up, and if i close out the box, the desktop disappears and I continue to get the message. If I don't close out the box, my desktop is there. After running highjack this, I found ceres.dll. Here's my highjack this log.

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
