Hello all -

I have a Pixma MP150 that just started jamming. The RH (if looking directly at printer) side of the paper pulls down and then stops. I have not changed paper types. I use GP All-In-One 96/24. I printed an envelope the night before with no probs and the following a.m. it started jamming when trying to print full sheets.

Canon support gave a generic fix all that did not  . I tried FixYa.com with no results. Anyone have a suggestion?

I pulled the ink cartridges out and they're pretty wet. Is this normal or could that be a prob as well. They're relatively new.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you ~Ken

You might have some paper shreds or a foreign object down by the feed rollers, or a missing feed roller. When the paper hits the feed roller. It pulls it in at an angle causing it to jam
The feed rollers just might need cleaning

How would I go about cleaning the rollers? Does it involve throwing the printer out the window?

Thanks
