Well a sound card help

I was able to hear sound when I use my computer, till I sent in to fix.
When it come back sound stop working and I cant format the C drive to restore the sound drive program.
So I was think if i just install a sound card will that help if I dont even have a sound program? :thumbsup:

Go in the BIOS setup when the computer starts & make sure the sound is enabled

Also go to the manufacturers web site & download the sound driver for your model & install it.
