I am facing two problems:
Problem 1:
I am not able to download/install windows service pack 3 through Automatic Windows Update. It always stop in the middle of installation giving error that "Access is denied", even though I am admin and there is no other user account.

Problem 2:
Flash problem. I can see flash in firefox browser, but not in IE browser. First it was IE 7, then I installed the new one IE 8, but still it is not working. I also tried to download and install flash, but it gives me error that "Installation is Failed".

Please help me in these two problems.

Thank you.

You don't have to install SP3 via Windows Update, there is an alternative site where you can just download the SP3 and install it from your hard drive.

Flash problems can probably be resolved by visiting the Adobe website.

Problem 1: I downloaded the file manually, and still getting the same error that "Access is denied"

Problem 2: I followed the adobe website, but still not able to install flash on IE.
