Realtek HD (with latest drivers)

Ok so i need to hear my voice through my speakers as im running karaoke this weekend.

So far i have tryed everything. Mic is enabled and volume full. Speakers are enabled and volume full..
In Realtek HD Manager there is supposed to be a Microphone tab, and Playback Volume slider. But it is not there only mic volume slider.

Can someone please help with this. It seems so easy but after 2 days looking through the web with no result im about to through my computer off the roof of my house and mail the bits back to microsoft with a letter about how crap vista is.. LOL ... lets hope it doesnt come to that...

Go Start -> Control Panel -> Sound -> Tab Recording -> And give me a screenshot, then I'll tell you, what you should do. You know - I have Win7, in win7 it looks similiar to winV, but I want to see yours audio recording devices.
Or better give me screenshots of Realtek -> tab 'Mixer'. I'm waiting ;)
