Help with IE 8

Hello, Everyone ever since i went from IE6 to IE8 somehow i started getting these dumb cookies pop up from any site i would go to or programs like msn messenger ( cookie pop called C:\Program Files\Messenger\msmsgs.exe) pretty much all sites that i would got to that ends with .exe. Is becoming to the point where these cookie pops up just come everytime i open up IE8 and go to any website. some help would be much appreciated Thanks :thumbsup:
