In a workbook, I have multiple sheets.
First sheet is "List" which contains columns of values which I want to reference. Column titles are GE, Description, PH.

Next sheet has GE values in first row.

I would like to search GE Values to return matching PH value in the next row.

This should get me a raise!!

You can do this using the vlookup function.
