Please help me. I have been suffering from this problem for quite a while now. Every other day when I try to log in into my facebook or Gmail account, I find that my passwords are changed in both. But, once i reset it, I find that 20 or so friends are deleted and sometimes even my relationship status is changed from 'single' to 'in a relationship' and stuff. My friend told me it was some 'key logger' software, of which I know nothing about.
I request you to help me remove this and stop that bleep who is deriving sadistic pleasure from ruining my life.
I'll be really grateful to you for your help.

What OS (Win 2K, XPsp1, XPsp2, Vista) are you using? What type of anti-virus are you using? Have you performed any anti-spyware scans? Have you tried doing your scans in "Safe Mode"? If not, you need to do that first.

In order to assist you effectively and identify the offending malware (if there is any), we need more specific information.
