I unistalled Anti-Spyware recently on this computer and now I am unable to access the internet. Specifics are here

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/230161/dns-server-error-cannot-access-internet-fsfctbxdll/

I wasn't sure what forum this should be entered in--I am running into an unknown .dll file that may be my problem

fsfctbx.dll

in the \system32 folder.

Help Please! I made a xml copy and am currently writing it to an external drive. After that I'm going to start uninstalling stuff and hopefully get to the point where it works again without having to reinstall windows.
