Windows XP Home Edition
When I "Turn Off" or "Restart" the computer, a End Task window pops up and says can't close the following program:
WindowsFormParking Popup

Task Manager has high CPU and Internet Explorer does not load pages. Firefox and Mozilla however are able to load pages.
I've played around with the "Manage Add-ons" but that does not seem to clear the problem.

Has any one seen this?

Do you have HP Image Zone Fast Start or similar on your system?
A quick google showed people with similar (but not the same) problem found a fix by removing that from the startup folder.

I'll check the system when I get Home tonight. My Kids may have it installed.
Thanks again,

Mark
