I think work website tool is much user friendly and can recommend to opt for website development and designing much easier. It's feature will make more flexible.

I'm about to learn HTML and CSS on notepadqq for linux unless anyone knows a better choice nothing to complicated I'm new to coding and linux, In fact I haven't coded a line yet.

Kompozer is dead for centuries. Discontinued since when? 2009?

I don't know. I found that Notepadqq is a clone of notepad++ but I don't know what notepad++ is.
