I'm working on a computer that has a dial up connection. But I can't open the Dial Up networking folder or any of the such. I need a file that will reinstall the Dial Up Networking as it just don't work through the Windows Setup in add/remove programs. It a Windows 2000.

Do you get an error ?

Have you tried booting to safe mode or Admin controls or right click on the Dial up folder then properties?
