Here is the Problem:

First I started to get IE popups while using firefox and then i notice iexplorer.exe was running while im not on IE.
I think using AVG i might of deleted something important, not sure. Well now my computer barely works, in safe mode it freezes up and gets a fatal system error. Most programs freeze up after being started or just dont start. I tryed runnning malwarebytes but the scan would just freeze. I also tryed to do a system restore but that gave me a fatal system error. I can probaly fix my problem with malwarebytes and combofix but i just do not know where to start to stop it from freezing certain programs.

Some other notes. there are two explorer.exe's running at most times. There are tons of svchost.exe running.

any advice, help or some where to start would be helpful, please? :thumbup2:
