I have just tried to install a new programme. It loaded OK but will not run. The help popup says that C: WINDOWS\SYSTEM\NWNP32.DLL is missing. If this is true where would I be able to download this file from?

Hello sailerdram and welcome to BC.

Don't know if its true or not as you didn't tell us what program this is. You can get that file here.
