I am the manager of a cafe/ coffee house and we are having difficulty.

We use quick books pro 6.0 POS for our transactions. A few days ago we had the power to our computer and other electronics shut down, all at once.

We switched the circuit breaker, power back on, computer comes up, however we are unable to print recpt's for any reason, issue credit slips, or debit slips.

If you would try to print a rec't the quick books program shuts down, and takes you to the start-up screen...

Please help, if you have knowledge with this program.
