IE Google Redirect(chrome and firefox are fine), Internet Slower than usual

My internet is being incredibly slow and on IE the google searches are being redirected. However, on Chrome and Firefox things work fine, but very slow. I have deleted the TDSS driver and ran a full MBAM system check, in which, it found one infected item which I removed. Should I download a fresh copy of MBAM and scan again?

I have managed to get rid of the worm (it was the sdra64 bug).

Everything seems like its working fine now!
