With Hijackthis Run-Time error '50003' Unexpected error

Hi,
When I load the program Hijackthis appear the error:
Run-Time error '50003' Unexpected error

why won't my laptop work?

Have you tried renaming it? Rightclick on the HijackThis and choose Rename. Then call it bleep.exe or whatever you like, as long as you keep the .exe extension. Does it run now?

If you are trying to run HJT to submit a log in our forum, follow the directions in our preparation guide
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/34773/preparation-guide-for-use-before-using-malware-removal-tools-and-requesting-help/
This will create a DDS log that we use in that forum
If you have trouble running that, post back. I have a few other things to try
