I am having problems with the W32.Tidserv.G virus. The problems started over a week ago.

My Internet Explorer would get redirect to other websits when I try to connect to windows update

site. At times when I click on C drives message " Windows can not find 'Recycler/5-5-3-62-

10007701-100028761-10002052-2520.com' " .

I have Norton 360 , but it seemed not to be up to the task of removing it. Every step Norton

wanted me to do did not work or worked just alittle. For example, on step Norton wanted me to cut

off System Restore and run Norton in safe mode. It did not work infact a pop-up said that Norton

could not run in safe mode. Another step was to download SuperAntispyware Free Edition and

SuperAntispyware Definition loader. This step worked to get the windows updates down loads

sites back for me. I kept scanning with superAntispyware and found more Trojan.DNS-changer(Hi-

Jack DNS), Trojan. unknown origin, and windows can not find 'Recycler problems. At the time of the infection I had one of

my external-hard drive and external DvD drive on.

Looking for more help I found this site and read some forums I hope you guys can help me.

Here is my DDs report.
