I got rid of the following files to remove some spyware:

C:\Windows\desktop.html
C:\Windows\screen.html
C:\Windows\windows.html

However, I am left with a blank desktop and when I try to set a new wallpaper it would still remain blank and white. Can anyone help me fix my desktop? Any help is appreciated.
