drivers missing on IBM Thinkpad

This is my first post and need a little bit of help.
I have an IBM Thinkpad A20m, Type 2628-4TA recently it had a melt down and Reinstall windows XP with service pack 2.
As I don't have the original disk for the laptop, Ive been serching for the drivers on the net some I fownd on the IBM site some from the "Lenovo". but can't seem to findtwo more drivers that will work for me the y are to suit "Intel® Pro/100+ MiniPCI" and the "xircom MPCI +Modem 56 Winglobal".

Does any one know where i might find them?

AFAICT, these drivers should work with Windows XP.
