How to set my default font in Works and Outlook

I would like to change my default fonts for both the above from Times to Colibri.

How do I do this please?

In Outlook, go to Tools --> Options. Choose the Mail Format tab. In the Stationery and Fonts section, click the Fonts button. You can then choose which font you want when composing or replying to a message.
