System Restore vs Norton Go Back...which is the better app - do I really need both?

system restore is what is built into then system, as i look at it...you dont need a third party application to do something that windows alrteady has built in. For example theyre are many applications that charge 50+ bucks for defragmenting the harddrive.....just use the built in defragmenter it does the same thing.
