I've got Norton internet security 2009, with all features enabled. Real time monitoring etc.

I've also got spyware terminator with real time protection on. I like it because it picks up a lot of spyware downloads for me. It also picks up alot of things norton and other spyware programs do not pick up.

Will these 2 programs clash?

As long as you turn off ClamAV's real-time (Spyware Terminator), you should be good. Or you can turn off Norton's real-time antivirus.
