I have windows vista home premium. Most of the time it will start up with no problems, but some times it will hang up after I enter my password and hit enter. The screen just says welcome and will sit there with the circle spinning. If I shut it off, it might start up ok the next time, or it might not. I have not found any reason for it. Thank you for any help that you can give.
