Hi there,

got this thing called SVCHOS1AT.EXE embeded in my system.

tried unsuccessfully everything with my Norton to get rid of it.

is there anyone who can help?

you may well know that I am not a computer genius

The best solution for your problem would be to post a HijackThis! log to the appropriate forum if you have been unable to remove it with the common tools available.
