I have never used it. I always found that products claiming to be the best thing since sliced bread turn out to be junk. Back quite a few years, I used to load a program that claimed to be the software equivalent of loading more memory in your system. Well, the claims turned out to be false, and I recall the computers that I loaded it on ran slower than without it. Today, you could get a junky program and it could also be full of crapware. Be careful before you load anything on your computer.

You should post back with the exact software and version, I believe there are a few Download Accelerators available. I think even Kazaa has/had one.

Good Luck.
