Problem with Windows Live Messenger

Hi, I've been using Windows Live Messenger (Latest version I Think) for some time now, and one day it just doesn't work anymore. I use this application quite often and would appreciate any help I can get! Been trying to solve it myself for a couple of days, and finally gave up.

Download a new copy from Windows Downloads uninstall your present one from your Add/Remove programs list and install the new one. That is probably your best bet.
