I work in Security and have been an avid gamer for years. My brother (the Genius of the family) usually works on my comp when things go bad, however he is about 6-8 hours SE of my location at the moment making it difficult to address the problems Ive been having. He found this site and directed me to it.

I can say, it is most impressive.
