When I boot up my Dell Dimension E510, this comes up:

Disk Read Error
Press Control+Alt+Del to Reboot

Did that, same thing came up.

Is this fixable?
I really can't think of a signature.... wait this is a signature!

There are other things it could be but more then likely the hard drive has simply failed .
OCZ StealthXstream 700W,Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3R , E8500, Arctic Freezer Pro 7, 3GB G.Skill PC8500,Gigabyte Radeon HD 4850 OC [1GB ], Seagate 250GB SATA II X2 in RAID 0, Samsung SATA DVD burner.

Luckily I backed everything up right before it happened.

You could open the case and check that the cable connections are seated okay.

You could check the cable that connects the hard drive to the motherboard to make sure it hasn't come loose.

Make sure that all those wires are connected properly and that none of the plugs have come loose.
