I would like to fix a minor glitch, my restart button does not restart goes to shut down. Most programs requiring a restart work just fine, but I would like the button to do what it is suppose to do! As usual all ideas welcome!

Have you looked at the Advanced Tab in Power Options in Control Panel to see what you have it set to do when that button is pushed?

Last resort, you can create a shortcut on your desktop by right-clicking on the desktop, going to new>shortcut, and setting the path to "shutdown.exe -r".
