How can I connect to my lady friends computer to help her with various problems? She and I both have xp pro sp3 but I don't use windows firewall or Windows Live Messenger. She and I both have Zone Alarm firewall and Avast Antivirus. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

I have tried quite a few with varying results. These days I would not go past TEAMVIEWER which is instant and is totally free for personal use http://www.teamviewer.com/index.aspx
